I was on Mazama March 1952 to June 1954. I boarded Seaman 1st Class in San Diego prior to Mazama recommissioning as . I left as BN2. I was in the 2nd Div and Master-At-Arms for a while.
Lots of good men and lots of fun. Often think about those days in my old age (82 y/o).
I hope to make it to San Antonio this Fall.

You might remember me as Vic.

Thanks for finding us Vic. We hope you can make it to San Antonio to visit some of your old shipmates. We usually have the largest turnout of any the AE’s. Doc
