My grandmother recently gave me some old military documents of my late grandfather, Marvin Ross. As I am active duty Air Force I was curious of the time my grandfather spent in the Navy. From those documents I discovered that he served on the USS Mazama in WWII and from there discovered this website. I am working with Jim Gaspard to get his name on your crew list. Thank you to all of those that served and if anyone remembers serving with my grandfather it would be a treat to talk to you.

Brady provided a copy of his grandfather’s official USN Honorable discharge which showed he served on Mazama in 1944. I added Marvin Ross to our crew roster for service 1944-45. Doc
