Nearly 49 years and I’m just now looking back at my time on the Mazama. So many memories, good and not so good but I’m a better person for it I believe. Missing my shipmates now and our Captain and some of the Junior officers as well.
I was assigned the Captains driver during West Pac and was also involved in putting the Cruise Book together which has become an old sailors treasure. Would love to hear from anyone and fill in the blanks from our time together all those years ago.
Did so love being at sea…
