Seaman 1st Div

I spoke with Fred’s wife, and he loved his days aboard the Mazama…always talked about them. Fred was 68 when he passed. I understand some of you knew him quite well….Kenny Rayborn, Bobby Herein, Moon Shiner, and possibly Bill Masterson who also spent his time aboard Mazama, so Doc when you receive this, please place on the Memorial Page.  The next time you have a toast please raise one for Fred.  I’ve sent a Mass card to his wife Shirley from all of us.
